Day before training restart (17/4/22)

It feels good to have some consistency back In my routine, even if today wasn’t as good a day as yesterday.


It’s just hard… sometimes i just feel cloudy and not like me, and that’s what happened for some of today.


I came round, I did a lot, I have a game plan with where to go forward. And even in my bad days there are highlights, such as having breakfast with my parents (sad they’ve left though!!) meeting a friend for coffee, and watching a film at the cinema.


It’s just a weird day as I’ve done it with more of a cloud over my head today. Tomorrow I’m motivated to put alot of things in motion and get back into that routine… let’s get it!
