You win or you learn: The 6 session plan

Designed to help your athlete become the best athlete they can be. The programme includes working though a booklet which includes 6 custom-made resources, tailored to specific topics. Each resource is accompanied by a ‘home-thinking’ and ‘notes’ page, to continue the learning away from the sessions. 

One to one mentoring sessions

Sessions with athletes designed to help them become more self-aware and to help athletes improve their own self-identified strengths and weaknesses, with the goal of finding methods to improve that works for them!

Group workshops

Talks with clubs or a group of swimmers. Sessions with a pre-agreed goal of improving specific areas of athletes' knowledge. With areas including goal-setting, racing timelines, etc. with potential guest lecturers coming soon.
