Day 70 (camp day 4 (14/3/22)

I felt like a house cat today. As I couldn’t stop sleeping!

Had a really long sleep, and whilst my teammates were heading to training, I only had one session to do, so I took the morning off… so I had a nice lie in!

Went to the pool still for the last hour and all I did was a small amount of pre pool, and I felt knackered again! Sleep is paramount at the moment to keeping refreshed.

Swam this evening and only had 5k to do, but I felt refreshed. I can’t wait for stand ups and training tomorrow.

After the session, had a lovely FaceTime with Abs to celebrate her birthday, it was the perfect meal and it was so lovely to see her. Sometimes I don’t make enough of a fuss about just how great she is, but she means the world to me and spending time with her on her birthday, even if not in person was lush!

Then we played poker in the evening… we came 2nd on some dodgy plays (cheers Tom! 😂) but I made a new friend in one of the cats hanging around the resort, I think he must’ve been able to sense my sleeping prowess today and we bonded immediately!

Another great day, let’s get these stand ups going!
