Day 38 (10/2/22)

To continue on from yesterday… I’ve had a much better day today!


It’s not been perfect, and I still have to work a few things out, like how to keep my energy levels up during sessions. This morning I came over very dizzy in the session, and didn’t feel right through half of gym either.


It’s strange because I’m eating more and preparing the best I ever have in terms of my snacks pre/post training. But I am going through a patch where my furling techniques aren’t working enough! Anyway, the evening session went really well and training has still been a success today!


Outside of the pool it’s been a great day. I’m feeling better with my mood levels, and I got a TONNE of work done on my projects today, it feels like a big step in the right direction and I’m starting to feel abit more relaxed moving forward.


Lovely night with Abs too, everything seems abit brighter on a good day, but have to ride the good and bad times and know it will improve 😁
