Day 24 notes (27/1/22)

TERRIBLE Day today. I couldn’t get settled into a rhythm and old habits really began to die hard. I’m not really proud of today outside of swimming honestly, I handled everything in the pool very well but I became old lockdown me again for most of the day today.

I finally snapped into a sort of rhythm at 7:30 and have managed to ease the damage of screen time (over 6hrs) and planted a few more trees (3hrs today).

All is not lost. I had a very productive chat with a coach today about how I want my mentoring business to look and the ideas were flowing. I feel so much more comfortable knowing now that he’s on board with what I’m presenting at the moment, and although more work needs to be done we are moving forward.

Evening was spent winding down watching ‘trial of the Chicago 7’, a fascinating watch with very powerful moments.
