Day 18 notes (21/1/22)

So, if I get to bed and off my phone in the next 7 minutes of writing this, it’ll be my first day of the week below 5hrs screen time! This is a win for this week. It’s been abit more rough, and not quite as easy as the last two. I’ve felt a lot lower despite training going so well, and my focus has been fading a little bit. I’ve got a few ideas to try next week to see if I can do better, and the week still isn’t over which is a positive!


Training was much better than last night today. I have felt my energy levels returning and I feel like im ready to give it my all again in the morning. It’s almost like Mike knows what he’s doing 😅


Had a lovely day catching up with friends and working through some exciting ideas for the future. It’s been a good day but one that has put my anxiety up abit. Lots to do before launch of the website still, but I’m going to have to realise at some point (even though I’m writing this now 😅) that no matter what I do, it won’t be perfect to start. I do like that idea, but have some trouble accepting it too.


On the whole, very exciting day, and a needed relax and unwind in the evening has helped put it into perspective for me. And even if my confidence can take a knock sometimes, I’m more aware now of how to bounce back from it.
