1st training day back!! (18/4/22)

Ok I don’t know much… but I know I’m going to be SORE in the morning!!


We basically had a 4hr workout tonight, which I can already tell my legs are going to feel battered from! It was a great session but tomorrow is not going to be pleasant 😂


Training in the pool was ok. I’m abit nervous about the volume and intensity and I’m hoping the first week back doesn’t become a survival week more than anything 😅


The day surrounding training was… rough. I got to training on very low energy and could only give what I had, which wasn’t too much. But the important thing is that swimming is my outlet and helps me keep sane.


My issues today I’ve communicated with everyone who may need to know, so I feel better after sharing the burden, thanks a lot to the coaches for listening. You know who you are. We are a team!


Double training day tomorrow and I’ll know the answer I think… whether this week will be survival or solid 😁
