Title: Founder of Jay Lelliott Athlete Mentoring
Name: Jay Lelliott
About me: I started up this mentoring business after spending over 10 years in the sport, as a way to give back to the future generations athletes. As you can see from my journey I've had some incredible moments in my career, but also some harder times. I'm hoping my experience will help others reach their goals, but also feel supported if they are having a tough time.
Outside of swimming I am also a big fan of cinema. I am a huge fan of marvel movies and anything superhero based, my favourite superhero movie is the Dark Knight, with my favourite superhero being Captain America.
I am also a huge fan of coffee, my favourite thing to do on the weekends is to go on a long walk and stop halfway with a coffee. The next step will be to get a dog!
I am also a huge fan of watching sports also. My favourite sports to watch are tennis, Formula 1, and I also follow a lot of winter sports too, like biathlon.
My passions and things I look forward to doing in the summers and when we get our breaks from the pool, are visiting home which is in Dorset as I am very lucky to live by the seaside, as well as exploring.

About me: Holding a first class honours degree is Sport Business Management. My skills are used to ensure the business direction is being fully supported in terms of accounts, web matience, communications, HR and much more! My love for swimming came from competing when I was younger and this has now developed into a love of coaching!
